We have been in business for a long time and have a well deserved reputation for being fair, helpful and efficient. Dealing with us is as friendly and stress free as it gets. For example, in the run up to Christmas we realise it may be several weeks before you give a gift, so don't panic, we are happy to accept returns in January.
Our office and telephone lines are open between 9am and 5.30pm Mon-Fri (Plus Saturdays 10am to 2pm from November to December 24th).
We don't work via some anonymous call centre. You'll usually be talking to someone who has helped design or produce the pieces you are buying.

Ordering by phone
Simply call 020 8993 7334 between 9am and 5.30pm Mon-Fri. From November to Christmas, you can include Saturdays 10am to 2pm.
Outside of these hours please leave a contact number on our answering machine and we will call you back as soon as possible.
Apologies that we don't operate telephone orders 7 days a week, but the upside is that there is no anonymous call centre in the depths of Dentonshire with musak on hold and everyone clearly reading a script. We are a small enough team so that everyone takes their turn manning the telephones and talking to customers.
Which means you get to talk to someone who knows what they are talking about. Which is always a refreshing change these days.
By browsing and clicking on 'order' next to items, these will be placed in the shopping basket which can be amended before finally placing the order.
Our internet site is secure and uses 128 bit encryption. We accept payment by credit card on the site. However no payments are processed on the card until the goods are despatched.
