If you have any granite surfaces, you'll know that not only is it attractive, it is very resistant to scratches or stains. In fact, most granite can't be scratched even with a hardened steel file (not that we suggest you try). It features a central silver button suitable for engraving if desired and the glossy midnight black and silver combination looks extremely sharp. There is no reason why this coaster wouldn't look just as sharp after decades of use. And just for good measure, we've mirror polished the base and smoothed the edges to be kind to your surfaces. At 11cm it's a little wider than standard coasters to accommodate magnums, champagne etc.
