Braybrook & Britten

As a child I used to hunt for pieces of Fluorite around the old mine workings in Weardale. I never found any as impressive as this. Unique to Braybrook & Britten, we had these bowls carved out of individual pieces of beautifully patterned Rainbow Fluorite. Limpid colours and patterning like something out of a painting by Monet. Finding pieces that are large enough and perfect enough to carve into a 10cm bowl, is (as I discovered so long ago) a little tricky. Each gift boxed with a description of fluorite as a gemstone.
