Pompadour Brooch

A ribbon of sterling silver, gilded with 18ct rose gold on one side. Parcel-gilding we used to call this. Such a simple idea to produce such an eye catching piece of jewellery. All hand made for us at a little workshop just outside Madrid. Approx 5.5cm wide.
