Silversmiths, particularly British silversmiths, are something of an endangered species. We have been in business for a long time and have a well deserved reputation for being fair, helpful and efficient. Dealing with us is as friendly and stress free as it gets.
Braybrook & Britten design and create modern silverware and jewellery - from attractive £25 gifts to £3,000 extravagances. With our hallmark struck in London, Birmingham and Edinburgh Assay offices, we're one of Britain's leading designer silversmith jewellers.
Yet we don't have a shop. We don't supply retailers. There's just this website, a very nice annual catalogue (which we'll happily send you free of charge) and an approach that puts an emphasis on originality and quality which seems to have all but evaporated from the windows of the typical modern High Street jewellery chain.
Someone once described us as the best kept secret in fine jewellery and contemporary silverware. It's a description we like, except that today with over 22,000 customers from Royal households to cottages in the Falklands, the secret is obviously getting out.
If you like things that are a little different. If you'd rather have something made to a tangibly higher - some might say old fashioned - quality. Welcome to a place you're going to like.

(Plus Saturdays 10.00am to 4.00pm from October to December 24th).

Ordering by phone
Simply call 0208 993 7334 between 9.00am and 5.30pm Mon-Fri. Or from October to Christmas, you can include Saturdays 10am to 4pm.
Outside of these hours please leave a contact number on our answering machine and we will call you back as soon as possible.
Apologies that we don't operate telephone orders 7 days a week, but the upside is that there is no anonymous call centre in the depths of Dentonshire with musak on hold and everyone clearly reading a script. We are a small enough team so that everyone takes their turn manning the telephones and talking to customers.
Which means you get to talk to someone who knows what they are talking about. Which is always a refreshing change these days.

By browsing and clicking on 'order' next to items, these will be placed in the shopping basket which can be amended before finally placing the order.
Our internet site is secure and uses 128 bit encryption. We accept payment by credit card on the site - however no payments are processed on the card until the goods are ready to despatch.
